Unfortunately no, we named the bottle the “BFB” for a reason and it holds an actual gallon. Please expect it to be an adequate size.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

A BFB holds 1 gallon (128oz or 3785ml) of water.

The BFB definitely keeps the water cold longer than a thinner reusable or disposable plastic bottle. If you would like the water to stay cold as long as possible please take a look at our insulated sleeve options as they assist in keeping the water cold as long as possible.

The BFB sleeves are made with a very high quality Neoprene material to assist in keeping the water cold as long as possible while also eliminating condensation on the outside of the bottle. Unfortunately there is no definitive timeline we can provide you for how long the water will stay cold as your environmental climate plays a massive role in this. We are an Arizona based company and can tell you that with a sleeve and Ice your water should stay cold for several hours as long as you don’t leave it in your car. 

We definitely understand the need to freeze your water. Unfortunately this can lead to the plastic deteriorating and breaking easier than normal.

Shipping FAQS

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then dropped off at the post office/UPS/FedEx Monday-Friday.  Orders received over the weekend, and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

In stock,  non-pre-order items shipping to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS, US Mail (USPS), or FedEx depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business days to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days.

International orders usually take 1-3 weeks for arrival depending upon customs and size of package. Orders usually arrive in 10-25 business days.  International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

A Note To Customers Living Outside the United States:

If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.  If you deny paying these imports you will NOT receive a refund for shipping upon the packages returned to us - you will only receive a refund for the items purchased.

Your tracking number is provided in your confirmation email that is sent after you have completed your purchase by clicking the "view my order" button. 

Please ask your neighbors if they have signed for your package, and check your mailbox.  If not, check for your package at your local post office. Remember to bring your ID!  If you still cannot find your package, contact us at HELP@LifeRep.com

Life Rep is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, if a package says delivered and did indeed never arrive you will need to file a missing claims report at USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com.

If your package was returned to us you will receive a refund for the cost of the items MINUS the shipping cost - please be careful and make sure to put a valid shipping address for your order.  If you would still like to receive your items please place a NEW order.

Please check your Spam box — 99% of the time, you will find it there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems send us an email at HELP@LifeRep.com.

Life Rep processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by contacting us at HELP@LifeRep.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order. We will not be able to add items to an order once it has been submitted.
